What are They Pedalling Now?

A guy walks in and asks the bartender, "Isn't that Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama sitting over there?"

The bartender says, "Yep, that's them."

So the guy walks over and says, "Wow, this is a real honor. What are you doing in here?"

Pelosi says, "We're planning the next tax increase."

The guy says, "Really? What's going to happen?"

Obama says, "Well, we're going to increase taxes on 140 million Americans and all bicycle repairmen."

The guy exclaimed, "Bicycle repairmen? Why tax bicycle repairmen?"

Pelosi turns to Obama, punches him on the shoulder and says, "See, smartass? Diversionary tactics. I told you no one would notice the increase on 140 million Americans!"
