And the people say…………….

1. Oprah On Intravenous Drip

On Wednesday, 11/05/08, the day after the election, Oprah said on her TV show:

"I have two words for you, America: Mister President!"

"A new day for America! A new day for America!"

"If this was not the outcome, I'd be doing the show from Northwestern Hospital with a drip [intravenous] today."

"During this long campaign… I made a vow I would not use this show as a platform. I kept mouth shut, and supported Barack Obama as a private citizen. Today the election is over and I'm UNLEASHED!"

Well, dear readers, Ms. Winfrey isn't in the hospital receiving an I.V. drip. Instead, she's back on television and the drip was elected president. Where is Joe the plumber when we need him?

2. Silvio Berlusconi and the Suntan Band

Italy's Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, quipped that Barack Obama was "handsome, young and also suntanned." You know what's coming. All of a sudden Berlusconi's remark is racist. Because of the comment, the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Carla Bruni, said she's glad she gave up her Italian citizenship when she married President Sarkozy. Is that stupid or what?

The world will soon learn that it is perfectly fine to call President Bush a 'brain dead' 'incompetent' 'drug snorting' 'draft dodging' 'pot smoking' 'alcoholic.' But please, don't say Obama has a nice tan. That's not nice.

Prime Minister Berlusconi responded saying his critics were "imbeciles without any sense of humor." CSW tends to agree with Berlusconi.

3. Slavery Reparations - Obama

Say it ain't so, Joe. Could Obama be prepping us for reparations?

"I personally would want to see our tragic history, or the tragic elements of our history, acknowledged," said Barack Obama.

"I consistently believe that when it comes to whether it's Native Americans or African-American issues or reparations, the most important thing for the U.S. government to do is not just offer words, but offer deeds," he said.

A $1.4 trillion lawsuit for reparations was filed in 2002 on behalf of blacks. They want paid back wages for slavery!!!? Will Obama concede to and grant the African/American demands? Stay tuned.

Read the article on Reparations here.

4. Say What, Mr. President??

Having spent his post graduate years in law school, Barack Obama learned the skillful art of not answering the question asked. The article linked here demonstrates his adeptness at "not answering" a question.

Is our next president a phony? American Thinker

5. The Slaughter of Sarah Continues

When McCain lost the election, some blamed Sarah Palin. She was accused of being stupid, uninformed, a diva only interested in shopping, childish, tantrum prone, and just a young pretty thing for the elder John McCain to ogle. Sounds as though the left can't get enough Palin bashing albeit they won the presidency, right? True, except most of the aforementioned ridiculous remarks came from "jerks" (as Gov. Palin so aptly called them) inside the McCain camp, and anonymously, we might add. Stupid and cowardly? You betcha!!

John McCain has a responsibility to find the source and denounce such comments. He should have taken action upon hearing the very first disparaging remark, but he didn't. Where is he? We hope he's not off pouting! What's that? He's doing the dufus Leno show? Geeez! (Ed. Note: McCain appeared on Leno's The Tonight Show on Tuesday, 11/11/08, and was basically neutral on the Sarah bashing)

6. Let Obama Give New Bailout

A caution to President Bush: Let Obama sign-off on additional bailout money. If President Bush approves the money, the dems will use it against him later for adding to the deficit. And if the bailout proves to be successful, you can bet all of your potato chips Obama will snatch the kudos. So, for President Bush, it's a no win situation. Let the dems take the heat for giving our tax money away! Stay clear, Mr. President, although you should have said no to out-of-control spending eight years ago.

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your attention and have a good evening.

The bar is open.

How do you see it?
