And the people say .
Betty, get the barf bags! This Is Sick!!
A few years ago, Jonathan Chait, a former Washington Post writer, opined in the Los Angeles Times about President Bush running 3 1/2 miles a day. Using a headline of "The (over)exercise of power" he writes, "Am I the only person who finds this disturbing? What I mean is the fact that Bush has an obsession with exercise that borders on the creepy."
"Does the leader of the free world need to attain that level of physical achievement? It's nice for Bush that he can take an hour or two out of every day to run, bike or pump iron. Unfortunately, most of us have more demanding jobs than he does."
Another day, another president, another writer. Eli Zaslow, a reporter for the Washington Post, wrote a Dec. 2008 article about Barack Obama's weightlifting workouts in which he described Obama this way: "The sun glinted off chiseled pectorals sculpted during four weightlifting sessions each week, and a body toned by regular treadmill runs and basketball games." Betty, get the barf bags!
Hey, we have no problem with Obama's exercise routines albeit Zaslow seems to be writing a romance novel about man-love. But the honey dripping from the loins of the gushing liberal media is ridiculous, although no surprise. In the tank for Obama? Betty, get the bags, and please, please hurry!
Promises, Promises
Remember Barack H. Obama's campaign promises? Here they are. Hope you have time:
Not Funny
Every night this past week of 1/26/09, Jay Leno (NBC's The Tonight Show) spouted at least one President Bush joke. They weren't funny; they were mean spirited and gave kudos to Obama. Leno is so far in the sewer for Obama that it blinds his normally funny routine. The liberals just can't get over that they lost two elections to Bush.
Gitmo, Schmitzo
The decision to close Guantanamo Bay is wrong. The wimps on the left say that the closing will enhance America's image abroad. That's stupid. The green jealous eyes of foreign nations will not be changed with the shutdown of Gitmo. Besides, overseas countries should not be the determining factor in our security. And quite honestly, who gives a sack of beans what they think. Most of the complainant countries are Muslim sympathizers anyway.
Bile Abdullahi is from Minnesota
Hey Obama! If the war's over, why this? According to the Washington Post, Obama has declared the war on terror over: "With the stroke of his pen, he [Obama] effectively declared an end to the "war on terror," as President George W. Bush had defined it, signaling to the world that the reach of the U.S. government in battling its enemies will not be limitless." (Washington Post 1/23/2009)
C'mon Obama, get with it!! Read this ladies and gentlemen. CAPTURED Serious threats still loom.
Is Minnesota a Muslim Haven?
The FBI thinks 12 American Muslims missing from Minnesota fled to Somalia. The 12 Muslims supposedly fled secretly to Somalia to train with the Jihad. They plan on returning to America to kill Americans. But, isn't the war on terror over, Mr. President? (See above article) Obama is so naïve.
CSW reiterated STUP status (08-26) for Minnesota last week when we said, "Minnesota senators are ridiculous. Franken worships on the alter of misogyny and makes fun of rape, and Ellison bows at the feet of Allah. Good examples of persons we need in the senate as if there weren't enough misfits there already."
We stand by those opinions.
Minnesota One More Time - The Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy
The Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy, a Muslim charter school in Minnesota, is using our tax dollars for their Muslim school. We can't pray nor have even a mere moment of silence in public schools, but this school "teaches" the Islamic ideals and Minnesota says nothing. However, miracles do happen. The ACLU is suing Minnesota for church and state separation reasons. Boy, is Minnesota screwed up or what?
Student Profile - (From the Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy website)
"As of the 2006-2007 school year, 302 students attended TIZA. The majority were Black, at 83%, with Asian, 14%, and White, 2% being the other major ethnic groups. 77% of students qualify for Free and Reduced Price Lunch, a measure of poverty and the majority 81% have limited English proficiency. 4% of students qualify for special education. The school's math proficiency was 23% points higher than the state average and the school's reading proficiency was 3% points higher than the state average at 67%. Principal Asad Zaman estimates that 80 to 90 percent of students are Muslim"
Our Values - (From the Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy website)
Tarek Ibn Ziyad Academy believes that each human being is a significant creature entrusted with the weighty role of steward of Earth. Thus, human beings are responsible for expressing the innate human values of brotherhood, equality, justice, compassion and peace among others in ways that build up the human community. We seek to integrate our students into the fabric of American life in a manner consistent with these values. The founders aim to produce stewards of the planet Earth--not just the next generation of consumers and marketers.
Ed. Note: If only all Muslims believed in this credo. We don't think many do.
Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your attention and have a good evening.
The bar is open.
How do you see it?
